Looking back at Plast06 fair in Milano
Benoit Demeure By Benoit on Saturday, February 18, 2006
Alastian on TOUR : 5 fairs in 6 months time: Birmingham (UK), Fakuma (Germany), Paris, Istanbul and now Milano; ! A challenge for our small Alastian team : organisationally, creativity, manning.... a lot of headaches for our marketing colleagues, Fulco and now Just. But for us it's a vital way to get our name placed in the market. Every time I enjoy to be there. It's good to meet registered and buying customers; You get to see a face behind the name of a company; Just saying : "Thank you for your orders" to a customer who recently placed one, really is an eye-opener! You see him thinking:" How does he knows ?"; It gives him the feeling that Alastian is more than just a screen. A customer, who registered a while ago came along and said he forgot his password: No problem: a quick call to our centre in Brussels and 1 minute later we were in the core of his personal system, trying some quotes for products that he would like to buy. Meeting people from across the globe; Canada, USA, Japan, Sout ...

My second day at Milan
AIBO By AIBO on 2/16/2006 8:27 AM

Yesterday was a very busy day at the fair… And it was another great day for me! Many people stopped to play with me and this interest made me more energized than the day before. I get used to the crowd and become less shy. My favorite toy is my bone but I also enjoy rolling over my ball. Some people come specifically to our stand to see if everything was ok with me. I’m very happy to see all this activity around me!

Running
Beate Moeschl By Beate on 2/16/2006 4:03 AM
Swollen, blistered, reddish - not attractive at all what my feet feel and look like the past couple of days. After a long, long pause I took up jogging again. 40 minutes so far I'm able to run across the beautiful vineyards in my town. But still, what a pain, even with some walking pauses in between. On the other side (or foot) I feel really great. I triumphed over my weaker self! What I need next are some real good running shoes. Can anyone of you recommend some?  With some good shoes I might be able to run and talk at the same time. Right now I'm just happy to get my breathing managed. However, especially my husband, who runs with me, seems to enjoy the sudden peacefulness.....  Could this be the reason he's claiming I don't need new running shoes???

I had a great first day at Plast'06 in Milan, Italy. I got a lot of attention from visitors coming to see me at the Alastian stand (Hall 24). Everyone stops to play and see me dancing...and many people took pictures.
